In the event that a scientific paper from the ConCiencia Scientific Journal is accepted for publication, the author(s) authorize the free, exclusive, global, and indefinite transfer of their copyright to the Casimiro Sotelo Montenegro National University. This Session allows for the editing of style and layout of the writings, as well as their publication, partial or total reproduction in electronic, print, or any present or future technology. It also includes the possibility of translating it into other languages ​​and adapting it to accessible formats for people with visual impairments or other conditions that prevent conventional access to the content.

Authors agree that the ConCiencia editorial team may adjust the content according to the Instructions for Authors available on the journal's official website, including aspects of formatting, proofreading, editing, and editorial deadlines. They also acknowledge that, in accordance with Law No. 312 on Copyright and Related Rights of Nicaragua, they must provide the personal data necessary to verify authorship, including full name, institutional affiliation, country/city, email address, and ORCID code. Any other data will be kept strictly confidential.

In case of disputes, the journal will be governed by the alternative dispute resolution mechanisms and the legislation of the Republic of Nicaragua.
